The Fair management shall have the right to refuse entry to any person or reject any entry which they believe not to be in the best interest of the Hebron Harvest Fair or if it deems advisable, for health standards.

Sorry, No pets of any kind are allowed on the fairgrounds or parking lot. Only Service Dogs are allowed on the fairgrounds. All Service Dogs must be clearly marked as such and be leashed and under control as all times.
* Dogs competing with Dock Dogs, are allowed in the area designated for the Dock Dog competition ONLY.

At this time we do NOT rent Wheelchairs, Scooters, or Strollers. Please make any necessary arrangements for these items before arriving at the fair.

Yes, we offer free admission to active military members with active military ID. (*Must be active duty).

We do accept credit cards at our admission gates (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express). Some of our vendors may accept them as well, so check with them accordingly.

We have 3 ATMs on the grounds for your convenience.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the fairgrounds.

The Hebron Harvest Fair is a Smoke Free, Vape Free, and Drug Free family friendly environment. The smoking of tobacco and vaping is permitted in designated areas only. The use of marijuana or other drugs are strictly prohibited on the Fairgrounds (including all parking areas).

Yes, we have a newly enlarged handicapped parking area. Just ask the parking attendants once you are in the parking lots and past the parking collections, they will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Yes, we have a large area reserved for motorcycles only. Be sure that you enter thru Gate A on the fairgrounds from Route 85, and not through Gate B.

We have two Information booths. The first is located at the fair offices in the center of the fairgrounds. The other is located in the Kiddie Carnival area next to the main building (white gazebo). You can also stop any Hebron Lions member (Purple shirts) or Fair Staff for assistance.

All lost and found items should be reported to the fair Office or 1 of the 2 information booths.

Police and Fire protection will be provided. The Hebron Lions Agricultural Society Inc., will not be responsible for cars or personal property left with the cars.

Yes, we have 2 first aid stations: One is located outside of the Farm Display building near Gate 2. The other is located across from the Cow Barn and the main stage. Both are staffed during the hours of the fair by medical personnel.

When attending large events, parents & guardians are encouraged to take a photo of their children before entering in case they get lost or separated.
All lost children can only be reunited by the State Police. The State Police Command Post is located across from the Horse Ring.

For the safety of all and per FAA Rules, drones are not allowed on the grounds.

Backpacks are allowed onto the grounds however all bags are subject to random inspections.

We offer a free courtesy shuttle service in the parking lots during most operating hours (weather/grounds conditions permitting).

No, the Main Stage Entertainment is one of the many things included in your Admission Ticket. The seating is first come first serve though.
