No pets are allowed in parking lots or on the fairgrounds.

The Fair management shall have the right to refuse entry to any person or reject any entry which they believe not to be in the best interest of the Hebron Harvest Fair or if it deems advisable, for health standards.

Police and Fire protection will be provided. The Hebron Lions Agricultural Society Inc., will not be responsible for cars or personal property left with the cars.
The Hebron Lions Agricultural Society Inc., will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any article or animal exhibited at the fair. Due care and caution will be exercised to prevent loss or damage.
The Hebron Lions Agricultural Society Inc., will not be responsible for exhibits or property left after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday - the last day of the fair.

All booths and displays must be on the fairgrounds by noon on Thursday (Opening day) and remain open until the close of the fair on Sunday 8 pm (Last day of fair).

Only persons authorized to tend their exhibits, and night security, will be allowed to remain on the fairgrounds overnight. All others must leave the grounds at the conclusion of each day’s activities. Special passes for permission to stay overnight with animals can be obtained from the Superintendent of Animal Exhibits.

An amplifying system will be in use on the grounds all four days of the fair. No other amplifiers are to be used unless approved by the General Manager.

No exhibitor or spectator will be allowed to interfere with judges while exhibits are being judged.

No judge shall be eligible for prizes in any class where he will serve as judge.

Concessionaires must comply with the laws of the State of Connecticut regarding gambling and immoral shows and must not change their line of business or sublet without consent of the Concession Manager. Concessionaires must pay the full amount of their Licensed Sales Agreement before setting up and conducting business.

All rules covered by the Department of Agriculture Regulations will apply to animals entered in the fair.

All vehicles carrying animals, including rabbits and goats, must enter gate No 14. If you have other activities at the fairgrounds, the animals must be delivered first.

All pulling contestants must pay when entering the fair. Tickets will be rebated when entering the first contest from Superintendent of Pulls.

Concessionaires, booth rentals, judges and entertainers shall receive their allotted Complimentary Tickets before the fair. These must be presented at the gate all fair days in order to be admitted to the grounds. All other persons working in concession booths must have a ticket to get in a gate, or they will need to purchase one.
